Notes on returns
Consumers have a 14-day right of cancellation.
You can return goods cost-free. Returns must be made using the enclosed return label (from DHL). If this is missing, please contact us. Deliveries outside of Germany do not include return labels. For returns from countries other than Germany, please create a DHL return label using the links below. Obligations to reimburse payments must be met within 30 days of your sending the cancellation or returning the goods or of our receipt of the same.
Please avoid damage or soiling of the goods by returning them to us if possible in their original packaging including all accessories and packaging materials. If necessary use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please package adequately to protect reasonably against transport damage, to avoid claims for damages due to damage due to faulty packaging. Return the merchandise to us as a prepaid parcel and keep the mailing receipt.

orders over € 100
We want you to enjoy shopping with us. As a small thank you, we offer free shipping within Germany for orders over € 50! For orders under € 50, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of just € 3.95.
Outside Germany, orders over € 100 are shipped free of charge.
The flat rate shipping fee for orders with a value of less than € 100 is € 5.95 to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria.
The flat rate shipping fee for orders with a value of less than € 100 is € 7.95 to France, Ireland, United Kingdom.
Simply fill out the enclosed returns coupon and return the parcel via any of the almost 13,000 post offices or 2,500 "Packstations".
Did you know?
You don't have to be a Packstation customer to return goods via a Packstation! You can deposit your parcel at a Packstation 24h a day and will receive a deposit receipt.
