The mey Way describes our unwritten, practiced and envisaged principles as well as who we are in collaboration with our employees, customers, shareholders and partners. This understanding sets the standards and guidelines for how we think and act each and every day.

Our position | What makes us unique?

We are proud to be a family-owned company that has been independent since 1928. We produce in Europe and are at home in the Swabian Alb. For decades, we have produced from yarn to end product predominantly in our own factories. The balance between tradition and innovation enables us to produce unique bodywear that meets the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship and design – and to delight our customers in the process. We are a confident and experienced brand that is distinguished by premium quality, value creation and contemporary design.

Our values | What is our work based on?

We are innovative, quality-conscious and mindful of our responsibility. Innovation not only means creating something new to us, but also continuously improving the company, our products and processes. As an owner-operated family business, we place the highest demands on the quality of our work and make no compromises when it comes to material, quality or processing. Acting with responsibility is an integral part of our corporate culture. That is why we align our corporate responsibility strategy with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and are constantly working to further develop standards and processes throughout our value chain (as detailed in the mey CR Report 2024). Our aim is to achieve long-term success with our products.

Our entire company is a family. We communicate at eye level and with great respect and both recognise and highly value the contribution made by each individual. Every individual takes active responsibility for their role in the company.
